Kendall Jenner even wears heels with sweatpants… while travelling from LA to Paris.

Kendall Jenner for example gives two tips. The first one is to keep moving your feet. Even if you are standing still, keep shifting your weight from one foot to the other in order not to put too much pressure on one foot alone for too long.

Next, pick shoes which give enough room for your toes. Usually shoes with pointy toes are the most challenging since they squish your toes which adds further stress to the ball of the foot. A good compromise is the so-called almond toe. It is also pointy, but slightly rounded which gives more room for the toes.

Also, practice makes perfect. Learn how to walk gracefully in high heels. Break in new shoes by wearing them at home.

Legs 💛
