Blast from the past: The iconic Sharon Stone in a metallic silver gown at the 17th Carousel of Hope Ball in 2006

Sharon Stone is and will be one of the all-time greats for many reasons. One of them is her fashion style. We have a great example from 2006.

Sharon was at the 17th Carousel of Hope Ball to benefit The Barbara Davis Center For Childhood Diabetes in Beverly Hills. This event was in October 2006. A whole 11 years ago!

Yet, Sharon’s outfit is just as stunning now as it was back then. This is another great example of timeless fashion which we so love.

Sharon’s outfit was very simple and yet incredibly elegant. It was a stunning silver metallic dress which covered her body almost completely.

Of course, the dress had a deep V neck and was backless to the mid-back. It featured a nice body hugging fit along the body all the way down to the knees. From there the dress flared and even had a train behind it for a complete mesmerizing and iconic look.

For all of this Sharon had opted for appropriate footwear, too. She rocked a pair of matching elegant high heels. They were also metallic silver with a small platform and peep-toes with elegant thin heels.

Sharon rocked minimal accenting makeup with eyeliner and lip-gloss. She completed her look with a few silver and diamond jewels and a furry handbag. She kept her hair loose and that added to her timeless and iconic look.
