The second week of June 2018 was quite hot. Both literally and figuratively. For the latter we owe it to several celebrities in high heels and leather.
What we were especially impressed with were the long leather dresses. They seem to shape up like a bit of a trend.
We don’t recall the last time when so many celebrities opted for long leather dresses within the same few days. And all of the choices were very elegant and stylish.
One of the celebrities in leather and heels was Lake Bell. She was at the Women In Film 2018 Crystal + Lucy Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Lake opted for an amazing, body hugging long leather dress. It was a classic clean style with no splits and a shoulder-less style with two thin straps.
Lake rocked a pair of elegant matching black high heels to accent her look. She kept her hair long and loose and opted for an almost no-makeup look.
A bit earlier in the week, Joan Smalls was at the ‘Set It Up’ New York screening at AMC Lincoln Square Theater. She also opted for a leather dress, but in a more daring style.
She rocked a short black leather dress in a trench-coat style. The dress accented Joan’s toned legs. She also opted for a pair of strapped high heels and kept her hair long and loose. A dash of accenting makeup completed her great and confident look.
Up next is Annabelle Wallis. She was in New York for SiriusXM’s Town Hall with the cast of ‘Tag’ hosted by SiriusXM’s Michelle Collins.
Annabelle opted for a beautiful long blue leather dress. It was with an asymmetrical shoulder style and a knot on the right side.
Annabelle teamed the elegant dress with a pair of black strapped heels. The shoes also featured asymmetrical style.
Annabelle completed her look with an elegant makeup choice. She also left her hair long and loose with elegant curls.
Another great celebrity in high heels from the week was Kiera Chaplin. She was in London hosting the Centrepoint VIP Dinner with Elen Rivas.
Kiera impressed with her elegant and attractive outfit. It featured a classic, crisp black crop top. She teamed it with an elegant red latex skirt which was very tight and had a stylish peplum at the hemline.
Kiera completed her look with a pair of elegant black high heels. They were a classic pump style along with silver accents at the toes. Kiera rocked red lipstick and a dash of eyeliner along with her long straight hair for an elegant and classy look.
We also have two bonus mentions. One of them is Stooshe who attended the 2018 Diva Awards in London earlier in the month. She opted for a daring black leather tube dress with a center zipper. She teamed it with elegant multi-strapped high heels.
We were also very impressed by Chole Sims. She was at a Pretty Little Things even in Manchester this week. Chloe opted for a stunning long black leather dress with asymmetric shoulder and a tight fit. The dress had a big split at the front showing off Chloe’s toned legs and double-ankle-strapped high heels. She also opted for little makeup with lip gloss, eyeliner and left her hair straight and loose.
Overall the celebs seem to be upping their style to the even more elegant but glamorous end of the chart. If they keep this up, things are going to get quite interesting for sure.
