SJP is aiming to put a high fashion spin on traditional wedding shoes, HELLO! comments. There are four main high heel models which are available in lots of colors and patterns. There can be ribbons, lace patterns or they can even be blue, for you know, “something blue”.

“If I were getting married today, I’d likely wear cream, just to have that bridal experience. Now I would want my dress to have an Oscar de la Renta feel, pockets below the waist, a very fitted bodice, a huge skirt, in taffeta or duchesse satin. That silhouette appeals to me because it’s old-fashioned yet can look very modern,”┬áSarah told Martha Stewart Weddings.

She even has some extra tips for the future brides that are currently picking a wedding dress and shoes. Parker says to resist the temptation to go to a favourite silhouette and don’t rule out other dress or shoes. “When getting ready for an important occasion, I will try almost anything on and very often end up being completely surprised”, she notes.

Still, if you do want to be a traditional bride, the SJP bridal collection does have classic wedding high heels too. They have just a pinch of gems on them, to make sure they are up to par with your glowing look.

On the other hand, there are aslo lots of bright colors and more sexy touches to the other models in case you do want to be a sexy and provocative bride. And for the real fans out there, there is a homage to the blue Manolo heels that Carrie wears as she marries Mr. Big in the movie.

The shoes are already on sale from Bloomingdales and Nordstrom. Prices are varying but still quite high, so you better start to save up.
