The New Year’s Eve celebrations this year were once again filled with lots of celebrities. We’ve chosen the best of them in high heels.
Some of them were performing for TV specials, others were hosting them and third… well, they were simply going to parties and having fun. We’ve managed to narrow down seven or so of the best celebrities in high heels during the New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Unsurprisingly boots and booties seemed to be the main footwear choice for the evening. Since it is a bit chilly, that’s the logical shoe choice. Plus they look great and provide extra support for the ankles which is great for a night of partying. Of course, some celebs were at warmer places or simply preferred other high heels. We already checked out Demi Lovato’s impressive boots.
Here is Nicki Minaj celebrating the New Year at Drai’s nightclub in Las Vegas. She rocked two different pairs of high heels. First stylish Louboutin nude high heels and then pink high heeled booties for her on stage performance.
Fergie took the stage during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2016 in two outfits. One of them was a glittering floor length dress which sadly hid her high heels. The other outfit was a short dress, showing off her legs and her impressive golden strappy high heels.
Carrie Underwood took part in Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2016. She rocked the stage in a beautiful fitted turquoise suit and black high heels with mesh details on them.
Next we have Jenny McCarthy. She was one of the hosts of the same event. She was seemingly a bit cold, since she had opted for a very long coat, thick leather gloves a scarf, leggings and… a pair of stunning high heeled leather platform booties.
Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve seemed like the place to be on New Year’s Eve. Rachel Platten also took the stage in a long golden skirt and a cut top. She rocked a pair of stylish ankle strapped high heels as well.
Next up we have Ellie Goulding. She also had a performance at the same party. She had opted for a very short black dress with calf boots. They had chunky heels for comfort.
Rita Ora on the other hand decided to celebrate New Year’s Eve someplace warmer – Miami. She was wearing a very interesting long dress and black suede high heels.
