Stilettos, high heels, boots, suede, leather, colors. In short, these are the high heel trends at the 2017 A/W Milan Fashion Week. But wait, there’s more!
The Autumn/Winter Milan Fashion Week continued the overall trend in shoes and clothes. This year you will be able to enjoy colors and more fabrics.
But some will lead the pack. Among them are leather and suede. Sequin also enjoyed a lot of attention.
Also, the colors will be mostly darker and pastel. Like the other fashion weeks, the skirts and dresses are mostly long and flowing.
The shoes are mostly elegant. They feature the classic, clean designs without going overboard. If you like the simple and clean design, this will be the season for you.
The good news is that pretty much everyone already has at least a couple of pair of such shoes. Of course, there are exceptions to the rule, too. Some designers, like Elisabetta Franchi preferred a more playful design with added jewels on her shoes.
Fendi preferred thigh high boots, mostly red. Prada also opted for colorful shoes with added jewels and furry accents. Both Armani brands opted for more vintage looks and sensible shoes. Their heels were chunky and low.
In short, it’s going to be a fashion season in which you can freely express yourself and your tastes in the way you feel is the best for you. And that’s marvelous.
