Kate Middleton took part in a charity event with the 23rd ICAP annual charity day where everyone, even men, wore high heels. So the question is, who wore them better?
The Duchess of Cambridge tried her hand at trading in the City of London for the first time today as she and the Duke of Cambridge helped raise money for charities they support, the Telegraph reports. But both were agog when they were told they had jointly conducted a deal with two banks worth a combined 400 billion euros.
Broker Dan Lebeau showed the Duke the ropes, but said he was more interested in where he got his black high heeled shoes from. “That was the first thing he asked me – where on earth did I get them from,” he said. “I’m a size ten and it wasn’t easy. I told him we were quite enjoying it but I had new respect for women. I didn’t have the guts to come in like this, though. We all changed when we got here.”
The event raises millions for good causes and among the recipients were charities associated with the Cambridges – SkillForce, of which William is patron, and SportsAid and Place2Be, of which Kate is patron.
Kate was sporting a stylish business suit with a skirt. She was wearing blassic black suede high heels. As always she was very stylish so we think she did wear the high heels better. Maybe that’s just us.
